Booking Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of Rs.10,000/Rs.15000 per person (Domestic & Internation respectively) to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
  • Deposit of 50% of the Holiday Cost if the travel date is more than 20 days from the date of booking.
  • Deposit of 75% of the holiday cost if the travel date is more than 10 days from the date of booking.
  • Deposit of the holiday cost (100%) if the travel date is less than 10 days from the date of booking.
  • Photocopies of the passport.

  • Room type (Double or twin is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel)

  • Budget Package is not suggested for Couples or Families.
  • All Tour packages offered by MatchMytrips are governed by the terms and conditions and undertakings in the package tour – service agreement along with the booking form, which are incorporated herein by reference.
  • The group tour price mentioned is applicable if there are more than 10 adult passengers travelling together on the tour. If there are less than 10 adult passengers on the tour, then a FIT supplement will be applicable.
  • The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.

Cancellation Policy

  • This is to inform you, prior to confirm your bookings which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately here above will not be applicable for your booking.
  • Your booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy.
  • If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted

  • Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation / hike in fare/ curfew/ strike / Loss of life or property or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses. If there is any changes in itinerary due to the above circumstance, guest will have to pay directly over there as peruses.

  • Arrival in Ahmedabad

    On arrival at Ahmedabad Airport/Railway Station and meet our representative outside the Airport /Railway Station would receive you and transfer to the hotel. On arrival check into the hotel and take some rest. Later you will visit the sightseeing of Ahmedabad like Jama Masjid, Sabarmati Ashram, Iscon Temple, Swaminarayan Temple, Bhadra Fort, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Museum, Kankaria Zoo, Akshardham Temple. In the evening back and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day - 2

    Ahmedabad - Rajkot

    In the morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to Rajkot. On arrival check into the hotel and take some rest. Later you will visit the sightseeing of Rajkot like Watson Museum, Kaba Gandhi No Delo, Rotary Dolls Museum, Aji Dam, Fun World, Jubilee Garden, Ishwariya Park, Pradhyuman Zoological Park, Green Leaf Water World, Lalpari Lake, Swaminarayan Temple. In the evening back and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day - 3

    Rajkot - Dwarka

    In the morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to Dwarka. On arrival check into the hotel and take some rest. Later you will visit the sightseeing of Dwarka like Dwarkadhish Temple, Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, Dwarka Beach, Rukmani Temple, Lighthouse, Gomti Ghat, Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Mandir. In the evening back and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day - 4

    Dwarka – Porbandar

    In the morning after breakfast, you will visit the full day sightseeing of Porbandar like Sudama Mandir, Tara Mandir, Shree Hari Mandir, Chowpati Beach, Rokadiya Hanuman, Porbandar Beach Point, Porbandar Bird Sanctuary, Bhutnath Mahadev Mandir. In the evening back and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day - 5

    Porbandar - Diu

    In the morning, after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfers to Diu. It is a district in Daman and Diu – the second smallest union territory of the country. This islet lies in the Gulf of Cambay, in proximity to Veraval Port. This place, flanked by the Arabian Sea, and Kalem and Bhagwan Rivers, is connected to both Gujarat and Maharashtra by road. It used to be a significant trading post between 14th and 16th centuries and rulers controlled the shipping routes in that period. Now, it has emerged as one of the popular tourist attractions of the country, comprising serene beaches and revered temples. In the evening after back and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

    Sightseeing in Diu

    In the morning, get ready to explore the scenic beauty of Diu. You can start with Nagoa Beach, which is located in the Bucharwada village is known for its serene and peaceful ambience. You can swim or play water sports in the turquoise waters of the Arabian Sea. The face of Jalandhar – a mythological demon – carved in a stone can be seen at Jallandhar Beach, located at a short distance from the town. It is believed that Lord Krishna killed this demon at this spot. You can also visit the Gangeshwar Temple, located in the cave temple. It is said that Shivalingas at this cave have mystic powers and god makes his presence felt. In the evening after back and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

    Departure from Diu - Ahmedabad

    In the morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to Ahmedabad Airport /Railway Station to board your flight/train and have a beautiful memorable journey.
