  • A non-refundable deposit of Rs.10,000/Rs.15000 per person (Domestic & Internation respectively) to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
  • Deposit of 50% of the Holiday Cost if the travel date is more than 20 days from the date of booking.
  • Deposit of 75% of the holiday cost if the travel date is more than 10 days from the date of booking.
  • Deposit of the holiday cost (100%) if the travel date is less than 10 days from the date of booking.
  • Photocopies of the passport.

  • Room type (Double or twin is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel)
  • BREAKFAST: Fixed breakfast as per hotel discretion.
  • Budget Package is not suggested for Couples or Families.
  • All Tour packages offered by MatchMyTrips are governed by the terms and conditions and undertakings in the package tour – service agreement along with the booking form, which are incorporated herein by reference.
  • The group tour price mentioned is applicable if there are more than 10 adult passengers travelling together on the tour. If there are less than 10 adult passengers on the tour, then a FIT supplement will be applicable.
  • The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • This is to inform you, prior to confirm your bookings which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately here above will not be applicable for your booking.
  • Your booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy.
  • If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted

  • Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required (realization of full amount in Co.’s bank A/C) on confirmation of all services and 05 days before departure.
  • Round trip Economy class Airfare Delhi – Goa-Delhi
  • Accommodation for a couple in a centrally A/C room as per the package availed.
  • Scheduled, Courtesy Dabolim Airport / Madgaon Railway Station transfers by A/C coach.
  • Courtesy A/C Car transfers from Dabolim Airport or Margaon Railway station ONLY FOR SUITE
  • Holiday Inn Refresher (non-alcoholic welcome drink) on arrival.
  • Bottle of Goan Wine and cookies in the room on the day of arrival.
  • Buffet breakfast, Buffet lunch & Buffet dinner.
  • One half day sight-seeing (Fixed itinerary) by A/c coach. The departures for the same would be fixed departures. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday).
  • Pay for one Rejuvenation Ayurvedic massage at our “Spa Villa” and the same will be complimentary for the spouse.
  • Complimentary babysitting facility at the ACTIVITY CENTER ONLY from 9:00 A.M. till 6:00P.M for children above 3 years.
  • Complimentary use of tea/coffee makers in the room, replenished once a day. Any additional requirement would be an extra cost.
  • Complimentary use of in - room safe.
  • Complimentary Use of Steam OR Sauna once during the stay by prior appointment.
  • Complimentary use of Swimming Pool (with proper swim wear) & Gymnasium.
  • Use of leisure activities, for kids and adults, under the supervision of our experienced activity

  • Arrive Goa (Flight,Transfer,Hotel)

    On your arrival at the Goa airport meet & greet with our representative and drives to the hotel. After freshen up you can relax the entire day on the beach. In the evening enjoy a traditional carnival, which is a part of Goa''''s rich Portuguese heritage. Where revelry, song and dance, great food come altogether beautifully. Discover the joy of Goan cuisine at a delightful buffet dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day - 2

    Goa(Breakfast,Sightseeing)

    After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for day itinerary which includes a tour to the tourist destinations in North Goa and South Goa. In the evening the tour operator takes you on a tour of the fishing villages that are a part of Goa''''s rich cultural heritage. A local Goan fishing village is created on the grounds of the hotel, forming a perfect backdrop for a charming evening in a very rustic atmosphere. Artisans display their skills whilst the village dancers whirl to the music of a local band. Overnight stay at the hotel

  • Day - 3

    Goa(Breakfast)

    On the 03rd day you can enjoy the entire day on the beach. In the evening, enjoy a Sea food Barbe- cue on the beach and dine under a starlit sky on succulent lobsters, jumbo prawns and other local seafood delicacies which form part of a delightful bar-be-cue set up on a lovely stretch of the Goan beach. Guests may also cook their own food on skewers over a campfire. A local musician captures the magic of the moment on his guitar strings. Overnight stay at the hotel
